GEAR UP Academic CampsSummer and academic year learning opportunities for students is of paramount importance to the comprehensive programming to ensure that Louisiana high school students are prepared for the post secondary opportunities they choose to pursue. For each academic strand, there is one online summer learning experience and an academic year learning experience. The four content strands of programming include Physics, Scientific Visualization, Cyber and Engineering, & Education and Leadership.

Join us as we introduce you to leadership concepts. Each day we will investigate an essential skill for professionals and learn technology tools that can be used with that skill. You will have opportunities to earn badges for activities completed with prizes being awarded at the end of the camp!
