Please note the Research Plan and Abstract Form which includes 21 categories must accompany Form 1a. Be sure to check the appropriate category on the Abstract Form.
The most common forms related to approval which are required for all Junior and Senior Division projects are are follows: Checklist for Adult Sponsor, Research Plan (with minimum of five references), Approval Form (Read carefully, and double check dates and signatures), and Official Abstract.
Depending on the nature of the project, there may be additional approval dorms and procedures required. All students, working with their sponsor, should complete the Rules Wizard to determine if any additional forms are required.
